Teaching Positive Behavior
Just like other skills and knowledge, children learn appropriate behavior from their parents first, then their family, then their teachers. They need to be taught how they should behave before we can expect them to behave properly.
Most children can learn positive behavior from their parents. Some children, however, have complex disabilities which make it more difficult than normal to manage and act on their emotions.
